2. Why is your Projector Lamps so cheap?
We supply over 30,000 ietms of Office Supplies, Office Furnitures, Business Machines, Projector Lamps and accessories. Due to the buying power we can negotiate a better prices from our suppliers. And this is a primary reason why our goods are cheaper than competitors. Obviously time to time there will be some products that you will find cheaper elsewhere. However on basket to basket compariosn you will find Just Lamp cheaper and good value for money.

3. Do you charge for carriage/postage?
FREE next business day delivery-anywhere within Mainland Britain-on orders at or above £39.99 (excl. VAT). Free delivery excludes any purchases from Furniture Category.
· FREE two-day delivery for Northern Ireland orders at or above £39.99 (excl. VAT).
· £5.95 on all orders under £39.99 (excl. VAT). Any items from Furniture Category will carry a fixed £10.00+vat delivery charge.
· For next business day delivery, you must place your order before 4:00 PM.
· Orders received before 4pm Friday will be delivered on Mondays
We do not deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Some items such as furniture, electrical or special orders may have a longer delivery lead-time. Please contact Customer Services prior to placing an order should you require more information on delivery.

4. How late can I place an order for next day delivery?
The latest time, to be safe, for next (working) day delivery is 16:00 (4pm) in the afternoon. 5pm is the cut-off time for telephone orders too. On the web site, orders placed up to 4:00PM will usually go out that night, though this is not guaranteed.
This always assumes that the product is in stock, and there is no problem with your payment. fridays are more problematic, and for safety, you should regard the 16:00 cut-off as absolute. And please remember, next working day is Monday.

5. Which credit/debit card do you accept?
When purchasing from our Web site, you can pay with the following:

6. Can I Pay by Cheque?
In short Yes. However paying by cheques will take considerably longer time for your goods to arrive. This is due to the time it takes to process the cheques by bank. We are exploring other methods of payment, specifically new payment systems geared totally towards the Internet, but there is nothing suitable and affordable in the UK yet.

7. What is your return's policy on replacement lamps?
Just Lamp provides an unprecedented 90 day warranty on all lamps for any brand for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty commences from the day of despatch from Just Lamp and is extended if the manufacturer’s warrant is longer than 90 days.
Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.)
Contact us on 01924 455 556 to initiate the return process. Once an RMA number is given it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks). If the lamps are not received in that time, the RMA will be closed and a new one initiated.
Broken in transit
Breakages must be reported within three working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Unfortunately, any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.
Ordered in error / No longer required
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or your customer no longer requires the lamp, in most cases we will take the lamp back subject to a restocking fee. As long as the lamps come back in perfect condition, this fee is typically 15% and will not exceed 25% of the price you paid, unless we advised you at the time of purchase that it was a special purchase item and could not be returned.
Defective Product / Warranty claim
If an item does not work or stops working by what appears to be a product defect, please use the returns system to get the lamp back to us. We will then determine the fault with the relevant manufacturer and credit the lamp in full if applicable. If a replacement is required ahead of the unit being assessed, please place a new order.
Incorrect product supplied
We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped we will credit the lamp in full once returned. Please consult with our sales team before ordering a replacement to ensure that we do not repeat the error.
Please note that in all circumstances a Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the product back to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, because it will limit our ability to resell the lamp module, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods.

9. I am concerned about buying because of security/privacy issues
When you are submitting details to pennpaper.co.uk over the Internet security is handled as follows:
